Chuck Shaw April 24, 1945 ~ May 5, 2015 Chuck Shaw, 70, went home to Heaven May 5, 2015. He was born April 24, 1945. He leaves behind his wife of 52 years of marriage, Janet. He is also survived by his wonderful daughter, Brenda and his wonderful son, Michael. He was the greatest Papa ever to six precious grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was just the best husband, dad, papa and friend! He was also the best auto technician in the Valley, a reputation given to him by many of his faithful customers and friends and he did that proudly for 40 years. He was honest and always helping those who couldn't afford the high prices at other shops. He would say, "Oh we don't want to make any money, we just want to stay in business." It was true; many would ask him to add more to their car repair bill. A man of great integrity! Thanks to Mike and JoAnn Walker, Chuck's name is in lights where he retired in 2010, from his business at 500 S. Wenatchee Ave. Such a wonderful tribute to him. Chuck made the greatest decision in his life on April 5, 2015, Easter Sunday! He gave his life to God! His son, Michael, encouraged the conversation and we are all at peace now knowing Chuck's in Heaven and we will be together again someday! Thank You Jesus! A note from his son, Michael: A special thank you to my mom, Janet, for taking care of my dad at home until he went to be with Jesus. Dad was an amazing, loving and gentle man. I'm so glad you accepted Christ into your life so that I can see you again someday Dad! Thank you for taking such good care of mom for 52 years plus. I love you so much, Dad! I miss you every second of the day! A note from his daughter, Brenda: My dad worked hard his entire life to give us everything we ever wanted or needed. Took us on great vacations, and was always there for us. He was the best dad ever and I will miss him so much. He was the dad every girl wishes she had and I love you with all my heart, Dad! I love you with all my heart sweetheart, love of my life. Part of me died with you and I miss you so much. We will be together again someday. I cherish the memories you gave me, thank you!
