Debbie Elliott

Debra “Debbie” Lynn Bryant Elliott woke up in heaven on November 3, 2024. She was born on September 28, 1956 to Keith and Lottie Bryant in Wenatchee, WA. Debbie attended Eastmont schools, and married the love of her life, Tim Elliott, in 1974. They were blessed with three children, Denaye, Darcy, and Shaun. Tim and Debbie lived in East Wenatchee until 1986, then moved up to Stemilt Hill. In 1996 their home burned, and the family moved to Wenatchee Heights. Debbie and Tim recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Debbie worked at a variety of jobs throughout her life, from mail carrier in Malaga, to food service at WHS, to GESA Credit Union and then stocking cards at local stores. She was completely dedicated to her family, supporting all the kids’ activities in 4-H and FFA. Debbie served for many years teaching the preschool class at Wenatchee Valley Baptist. She also attended Valley Community Church, Awaken, and the Collective house churches. Debbie loved to travel with her husband and family, including annual trips to the ocean. She always had a trip taking shape in the back of her mind. Many trips happened, including Ireland, Hawaii, & Germany as well as several cruises. She also loved her many animals, from dogs & cats to goats & horses. Debbie’s greatest gift was her love of people. She always had a lunch planned with a friend or relative, and made a point when traveling near a long-distance friend to meet and catch up. Her family relied on her to keep them informed on what everyone was up to! Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, Keith and Lottie Bryant, niece Celeste Beaty, as well as several beloved aunts, uncles, father-in-law Richard “Dick” Elliott, and her sister-in-law, Deanna Bridges. She is survived by her husband Tim, mother-in-law Leota Elliott, sisters Karla and Linda, numerous nieces and nephews, daughters Denaye (Gabe) Smith and Darcy (Matt) Carpenter, and son Shaun (Andrea) Elliott. She’s also survived by her 10 treasured grandchildren: Melia, Kiera, Isaac and Caleb Smith; Sadie, Elizabeth, TJ and Jackson Carpenter; Jayden & Liam Elliott. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, November 15, 2024, 1:00pm at Eastmont Baptist Church, 400 South Kentucky Ave, East Wenatchee.
