Rebecca Irene Rios

REBECCA IRENE (CLIFFORD) RIOS Rebecca (becky) Rios,46, of Kansas City Missouri, passed away August 8, 2013. Rebecca had moved to Chelan in 1990, where her mom lived. She lived in Chelan for about 17 years, before she moved to Manson, where she resided for 6 years. Rebecca worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, at Regency Manor Nursing Home in Lake Chelan WA. In 2007 she was diagnosed with cervical cancer, which she treated with chemo and radiation. Went into remission for about 5 years and then was diagnosed again in 2012 were she tried chemo once again, but did not have the same results, it would only make her sicker. So she lived out the few months she had left, spending time with her family something that she carried very dear to her (family was everything to her). Her passions were going fishing with her two granddaughters; she was always after trying to catch the big one, barbecuing, and spending all her time with her granddaughters, who she loved so very much. Her life revolved around spoiling those two little girls. Grandkids Mersadez Morfin,6, Zuleyka Morfin,2, daughters of Marylene and Johnny Morfin. Rebecca was a woman who was loved by many. She appreciated the simple pleasures in life and shared many great memories; in which everyone well remember her by. She was a wonderful and loving mother of 3 children, daughter, Marylene Rios, son Francisco (Panchito) Rios, and son Andres Rios. She was an inspirational person. Made everyone want to be better people. Never took life for granted, she sure loved life, and everyone who surrounded her too. She treated everyone equally. She had a heart of gold. She surely will be missed by all who knew who she was. She will be held in all of hearts very deeply. God was very happy to take her home with him, I am sure he said to her, my child I am very happy to finally have you home where you belong. She's finally at peace with her mother whom she loved. May she rest in peace and watch over all of us. We love you, and we'll never forget you. We have the comfort to know that one day we will all be together again. Survivors include, daughter, Marylene Rios,31, of Manson, son, Francisco (Panchito) Rios,28, of Mexico, and son Andres Rios,24, of Manson. 3 Grandchildren, Mersadez,6, and Zuleyka Morfin,2, both of Manson, and Alexander Rios,4, of Mexico. Spouse Jose Paz, of Manson. Sisters, Lora Zamudio, of monitor, Ina Guerin, of California, brothers, William (Billy) Parrish, of peshastin, Moudy Rios, of Cashmere. Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, to many to name. She loved all. A Memorial Service will be held August 8, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the Evergreen Memorial Park Mausoleum in East Wenatchee. Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee, WA
