Terry Spurlock

Terry Kipp Spurlock, beloved husband, father, brother, and uncle, 63, passed away in his home in East Wenatchee on the 19th of December, 2024 surrounded by his wife and loving family. Born January 31, 1961 in Wenatchee, Washington, the son of the late Stan and Sandy (Trowbridge) Spurlock. Terry married his wife, Terri (Wheatcroft) Spurlock on September 19, 1981, in Wenatchee, Washington. Terry worked for Hanna Mining in Rock Island, Washington for 19 years until the plant's closing. Terry enjoyed baseball and bowling and played on numerous teams throughout the years, where he met lifelong friends. In addition, he spent a lot of time at the race track helping his father-in-law on the Buzzard Racing Team. Terry enjoyed being outdoors and loved taking his son, Aaron, and his nieces and nephews hunting, fishing, and camping. Terry will be remembered for his love and dedication to his family. Terry and his late son, Aaron, were constant companions. He also had many nieces and nephews who he loved as his own and always had an open door for. Terry will also be remembered for his willingness to help anyone, being hardworking, his selflessness and his big heart. Terry is survived by his wife, Terri Spurlock; his brothers Troy Spurlock and Tim Spurlock and Stacy; his father in law, Arnie Wheatcroft; his mother in law, Doni Wheatcroft; his sister and brother in laws, Janet (Wheatcroft) Aguilar and Albert and Kevin Wheatcroft; and many nieces and nephews. Terry was preceded in death by his son, Aaron Spurlock; his father, Stan Spurlock; his mother, Sandy (Trowbridge) Spurlock; his brother, Tony Spurlock; and his grandparents, Blackie and Fyrn Broomfield and Noble and Gretta Trowbridge. A Graveside will be on Friday, June 27th, 1:00 pm at Evergreen Memorial Park, 1301 10th St, East Wenatchee . Terri and his family appreciate all of the love and support that we have received since the passing of Terry. We feel blessed to know that he has touched the hearts of so many people throughout his life. Terry will be forever in our hearts and will forever be missed.
